Were you ever told you talked too much in class, but you just couldn’t help it because you have a passion for helping others?  Do you like to spend time making a difference in people’s lives?  The mission of our Enrollment Center is to truly help our parents solve the problem of whom they should entrust with their child.  And the answer, of course, is Childcare Network!!!!
 
 
For some parents, this may be the first time they’ve ever considered letting anyone who is not a family member take care of their child.  It’s a pretty scary moment, but your friendly voice and thoughtful conversation will be just the thing that convinces them to come in and take a tour of one of our schools! 
 
Don't like reading off scripts?  We don't either.  At Childcare Network, we listen to our prospective parents and respond to their individualized needs.  While most parents have the same questions, each call will be very different as you are connecting with different people and trying to identify what is most important them.  It might be the quality of our curriculum, or the security of our school, it may even be the amazing teachers we have on staff.
 
Each moment you are logged into the Enrollment Queue, you are establishing a positive relationship with our prospective parents and serving as the first friendly face they have the pleasure of seeing, even if they are only seeing it in their mind over the phone.
 
 
You, your team and your manager will share goals, customer feedback, and tracked metrics regularly that help you reach all of our daily, weekly, and monthly goals!

- A commitment to superior service
- The ability to learn and utilize modern technology while carrying on a conversation- Bonus points if you also have child care experience

Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Enrollment Specialist performs variety of duties with the ultimate goal of enrolling children with Childcare Network.
- Answer phones in a timely manner; providing information on school requested by parents.
- Schedule tours with families looking for child care.
- Communicate tour information to the schools and district managers.
- Complete call logs and reports accurately and honestly daily and weekly
- Follow up on customer inquires in a timely manner.
- Creates packets and follow up notes for each parent.
- Manages data in the inquiry system.
- Share information with other enrollment specialist as necessary for the benefit of the enrollment office in a co-operative manner.
